Mr. Kovács is one of Koonsys's co-founders, serving as Technical Manager and senior network planner of Koonsys Communications. He received the electrical engineering degrees from University of Győr, Hungary in 1996 and started Business Administration course at the University of Pécs from 2001. Before establishing Koonsys, he started to work Communications of Authority then spent 6 years at Pannon GSM mobile service operator as Quality and Process Engineer and later Radio Network Planner.
